I felt the need to respond to this post! I feel your frustration with National City or any banking center for that matter! Have all of your papers ready before pulling up! I also hate it after people receive their cash, they continue to sit there and take five more minutes to count and place things away, yell at their kids and put on lipstick before driving away! I’ve seen it happen! Let’s both take a deep breathe………ah
